Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) is mandated to oversee Management of Hospital Information Systems activities within Muhimbili National Hospital (MNH). This includes Information Technology, Medical Records and Telephone infrastructure with a total of 109 employees. The directorate is made up of two departments; Information, Communication & Technology, and Medical Records.
